The ISTH 2026 Congress will bring together the world’s leading experts in thrombosis, hemostasis and vascular biology to discuss new research and clinical applications designed to improve patient care.

The Congress will take place at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, a state-of-the-art venue that ensures a seamless experience for attendees. Building upon the success of previous meetings, ISTH 2026 is expected to welcome more than 6,000 attendees to Paris, including leading clinicians, scientists, researchers and other health care professionals from more than 100 countries.

The ISTH 2026 Annual Congress Planning Committee (ACPC) guides the development of the clinical, translational and basic science components of the Congress. It is led by ACPC Chair Walter Ageno, M.D., of Italy.

ISTH Congresses are renowned for presenting groundbreaking research, fostering clinical advancements and facilitating interdisciplinary discussions that shape the future of treatment of conditions related to thrombosis and hemostasis worldwide.
